The warranty period for the equipment is 1 year. The supplier does not bear warranty obligations if:
- the equipment was subjected to improper storage;
- the requirements and recommendations for the operation of equipment parts were not followed;
- the product was disassembled;
- the structural parts of the product were replaced;
- the equipment was used for purposes other than its intended purpose;
- injuries due to the user's failure to comply with safety measures, vandalism or intentional damage to the equipment.
The supplier reserves the right to make some changes to the design of the products aimed at improving the appearance and operational characteristics of the equipment.

To provide warranty service, you will need:
- A correctly filled out warranty card, without errors or corrections, which must indicate the model and serial number of the product, the date of sale and the seal of the trading organization;
- A document confirming the purchase (consignment note);
- A complete set of goods.
We also draw your attention to the fact that upon receipt and payment of the order, the buyer, in the presence of the courier, is obliged to check the package and appearance of the goods for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and the completeness of the package. After the courier leaves, claims on these issues are not accepted!
Warranty service is not provided if:
- Lost or incomplete warranty card;
- The product has traces of mechanical damage;
- Factory seals are broken;
- Operation, transportation and/or storage conditions are violated;
- Repairs were carried out by persons who are not employees of an authorized service center;
- Non-original components were used.
