Order payment procedure

Payment is made to the Supplier's bank account. After the equipment inventory is agreed and the order is placed, your personal manager will send an invoice and other necessary documents to pay for the order.

The invoice can be paid at any bank branch convenient for you or from your company's current account.

Order fulfillment terms

Order fulfillment begins from the moment of receiving the prepayment to the Supplier's current account and is performed within 35-45 days. If the equipment is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-5 days.

Delivery Terms

Prompt delivery of goods is carried out by our own fleet of vehicles and hired transport throughout Ukraine. This service is paid for by the Customer separately. The delivery fee is not included in the cost of the product and is calculated by the manager, based on the volume of the order and the delivery region.

There is a possibility of self-delivery by the Customer's transport. By the time your order is ready, our managers will contact you and specify the date and time of loading the vehicle, the characteristics of the machine, as well as the driver's contact details.
