This Multigym consists of such machines as Chest, Front Lat Pull Down, and Leg Press. Therefore, this sports equipment provides for the main muscle groups of the human body: the chest, back, and legs. The design of this machine lets three athletes work out at the same time in the fresh air.

Multigym Interatletika SE123 targets the pecs, the largest muscle in the chest area, triceps, the lats, the hugest muscle in the upper body, and the quads, a big muscle group of the thighs. The SE123 achieves a lot of other muscles in second place.
