Installation by a specialized team of the supplier "turnkey"

It is a departure of a specialized installation team to the designated place. Our specialists install the equipment using their own tools and materials. This service is paid and approximately amounts to:

• 15% of the cost of the equipment - in Kyiv and Kyiv region
• 25% of the cost of the equipment - in other regions of the country (except for territories that are temporarily occupied).

Step-by-step process of assembling the playground

1. On the prepared territory, a team of specialists carries out the necessary marking, specifying the correct placement of the elements that make up this playground. Having agreed on the location, the workers begin preparatory work on the installation of metal studs, in which sports and gaming equipment is fixed. At the installation planning stage, it is important to take into account the type of foundation of the future playground.
2. Unpacking of all necessary components is carried out at the installation site only after unloading. First, the sequence of work is determined, then large components of the equipment are assembled.
3. The final stage of installation is the assembly itself. It is important to note that our team is guided by the requirements of current safety standards and installs the equipment in accordance with the technical documentation. The assembled structure is checked for reliability and strength of each fastener separately, and the angles and dimensions of the slopes are also controlled. The finished platform is the result of work performed at all stages by a professional team of specialists. Before the start of operation, all elements must undergo additional control both by the Customer and by the Supplier's representatives. Only after all these points are sequentially completed, the finished site is put into use.

Installation Supervision Service

Equipment installation service involving the supplier's specialist

Equipment installation is carried out by our master visiting the installation site.

The customer provides our master with workers (2-3 people), tools, and installation materials (concrete or crushed stone, sand, and cement).

Travel, accommodation, and meals for the master are included in the cost of the service, which is approximately 5% of the cost of the equipment.

The final calculation is made by the manager.

If the total order amount is less than 25,000 UAH, the cost of this service is calculated individually.

Independent installation

Installation of equipment by the customer

Assembly and installation in this case are carried out according to the technical passports that are attached to each product. The product passport describes the detailed procedure for installation, assembly and commissioning of the equipment.

The warranty does not apply and the company is not responsible for product damage that occurred due to incorrect independent assembly and installation by the Customer.

It is important to monitor the condition of the site after installation, eliminating possible breakdowns in a timely manner. Thus, the equipment will remain in good condition for as long as possible!
