With regular training, athletes will strengthen the muscles of the lower back, rear glutes and hips. This exercise is fundamental for strengthening the extension muscles responsible for straightening the spine. The equipment is suitable for people of all fitness levels. The machine is installed on a special base for the KF series.

Super-strong anti-vandal construction is made of 3 mm thick steel.
