It allows you to perform all the classic exercises, for which the Swedish wall is intended. You get the possibility to perform a set of exercises for the upper shoulder girdle and pull up with a straight, reverse, narrow and wide grip. There is a Barbell rack, which is designed for performing exercises with a barbell, squats, presses, exercises for biceps, shins, etc.
All parts are covered with an anti-corrosion compound and painted with powder polymer paint for exterior work. It is installed on steel foundations (supplied), which are concreted into the ground.
Bench for the press - a set of exercises for the straight and oblique muscles of the abdominal press (adjusting the angle of the bench).
Canopy for the press with an emphasis on the hands - trains the muscles of the lower abdominal press.
